1. Let's Do Lunch:
  • BEFORE VIEWING:
    1. What are some excuses people give for skipping lunch?
    2. Which foods are the most filling and the best tasting fo r lunch?
    3. What is your favorite meal of the day and why?
    4. How does your schedule affect what you eat for lunch, and whether or not you eat lunch?
    5. How do you keep track of the amount of fat, calories, cholesterol, vitamins, nutrients and water you
    6. consume during the day?
AFTER VIEWING:
  1. How does your body react when you skip lunch? How does it react when you eat lunch?
  2. Which do you think is better for you- skipping lunch, or eating a meal that is unhealthy? Explain why!
  3. What advice would you give a friend who said he was skipping lunch because they were trying to lose weight?
  4. Why would someone suddenly feel famished around 3:00pm and crave a candy bar?
  5. What health risks are associated with poor exercise and eating habits?
  6. Why do you think there has been and increase in these illnesses in recent years?
